Weekend Dream Package (Best Value)
This two day rental is $4,000*
The hours are 8am to 10pm day one, 8am to 11pm day two. (Clean-up of the venue is included in this package.).
With this package, you have the time for decorating, your rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner as well as plenty of time for your ceremony and reception.
Also included: Tables (with or without wooden pallet covers),chairs (200), decor room, wine barrels with glass tops, hexagon arch or ceremony cross, ceiling drapes, large dance floor, indoor bathrooms, kitchenette area, large bridal suite, plus a man cave for the grooms!
We are available to help you plan how to set up your tables and chairs and to provide tips for planning your wedding. There will always be someone available to help.
The One Day Package
This one day rental is $2,000* for up to 100 guests or $2,500* for up to 200 guests.
The hours are 8am to 11pm. All personally owned items must be removed by 11pm. Clean-up of the venue is included in this package.
Up to 2hrs the day before for rehearsal. Time can only be used to rehearse.
Also included: Tables (with or without wooden pallet covers),chairs (200), decor room, wine barrels with glass tops, three arches, ceiling drapes, large dance floor, indoor bathrooms, kitchen area, large bridal suite, plus a man cave for the grooms!
Elopement Package (must be booked 3 months or less before event)
One day rental is $1,200*.
6 hours of venue usage between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Clean up is included in this package, but all personally owned items must be removed when rental time is up. Only cake, non-alcoholic drinks (although you may have a wine or champagne toast), and snacks. No full meals or sit down dinners.
Max of 50 guests.
Also included: Tables (with or without wooden pallet covers),chairs (50), decor room, wine barrels with glass tops, three arches, ceiling drapes, large dance floor, indoor bathrooms, kitchen area, large bridal suite, plus a man cave for the grooms!
*There is also a refundable $300 breach of contract fee.
We offer an array of accommodations that will make your planning highly customizable and at the same time provide many of the essentials for you and your event.
You can do your own catering and decorating. Choose from our vendors list, or choose your own vendors!

FAQs
How do I reserve my date?
We require a $1,000 (non-refundable) deposit and a signed contract. The deposit goes towards the total due.
When is the total due?
The final balance is due 90 days prior to the event date.
You may make payments or pay in one lump sum.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, Cash, or Money Order.
Is there WIFI?
We currently do not have WIFI in at the venue. Please be sure that your DJ downloads ALL music prior to your event.
Will there be another event the same day?
No- we want your day to be as stress-free as possible. For that reason, we will only ever book one event per day.
What if it Rains?
In case of inclement weather, outdoor ceremonies can be moved to our 4000 sqft ceremony area (A/C and heating available) at no additional charge.
What is your alcohol policy?
If alcohol is served, we will provide a TABC certified bartender, and Security Guards for an additional $350 (for up to 200 guests). Renter must also purchase Host liquor liability insurance (usually costs ~$100).
ALL alcohol must be served from behind the bar by the hired bartender.
Alcohol may be served no more than 4 hours.
Bartender and Security must be present prior to any alcohol being served, and security must remain until all guests have left venue.
No glass is to be served to guests (broken glass on the dance floor is no fun)
No BYOB is allowed.
We do not allow minors to be served regardless of parental consent.
Exceptions:
bartender and security are not required if only having a champagne toast
Bartender fee could be waved if you would like to hire a speciality bartending service
